Insurance Accepted

 

We participate in several insurance company panels including:

United Behavioral Health(UBH)/Oxford

Please check if we are a participating provider, and what your deductible and co -payment will be. We charge you, the client, $80.00 for missed appointments without 24 hours notice, since you have reserved our time. The co-payment must be paid at the time of service with cash, check or credit card. If we are an out of network provider,  we will provide a bill for you to submit to your insurance company.

 

If you do not have insurance coverage, you have a deductible, or if Cynthia Willmen does not accept your insurance carrier, the session fee is $80.00 unless otherwise negotiated by client and therapist.
